Sony WH-1000XM5 Wireless Noise Cancelling
Looks like a new toy has just landed…very different from my former WHH900N I had before… ANC is top notch but I think some equalizer tuning has to be done. Absolutely love the midnight blue color,it’s really beautiful!- FrankieZappa

SONY NW-WM1Z M2 / WM1A M2
Still rocking' my beloved NW-ZX300 that I honestly didn't care about other DAP's in the meanwhile and I missed out these new Walkmans.... glad that Sony is still making these although they are Android-based... is WalkmanOs still used or they have decided to let it die?- FrankieZappa

Sony NW-ZX300
I own both the iPod touch and the Classic V6 and the ZX300 as well. The comparison is like between night and day, ZX300 is so so so much better than the Classic which sound muffled and with little soundstage. I assume the NW-55 is already a better player than the iPod even without resorting to...- FrankieZappa

Sony MDR-1AM2 - Impressions Thread
Agree, the 1AM2 are fantastic... I also happen to have the WHH900N and the 1AM2 are much better.. BT noise cancelling cans are great for commuting but when it comes to quality you can’t beat the good ol’ cable..- FrankieZappa

Sony NW-ZX300
I don't know about the Pono, never tried it but I've got a ZX300 and my sister has a A45 and i can tell you the ZX300 is better, more powerful, more soundstage... It's clearly the winner but the difference in budget are quite consistent... With that being said i think the A45 is without doubts a...- FrankieZappa

I completely agree... people always tend to look at newer things.. I bought specifically the ZX300 because I didn't want Wifi and streaming services.. the quality is VERY good...I don't think my hearing will find a night-and-day difference with this new ZX500...- FrankieZappa

I completely agree, i've got the 400gb from Sandisk and it's the standard one.. Guys, it's just music, no point in using a super fast SD card... I don't care how much the database rebuild is fast.. Even if it takes 15 seconds less it's not worth the extra cash..- FrankieZappa

After a couple of months I gotta say this little baby is wonderful. Burning in,in my opinion, helped. I feel the sound “richer”. There is only one major letdown however: album art. Frankly i’m tired of downloading art images from google, try to figure out if they are progressive jpegs and if they...- FrankieZappa
