Yamaha EPH-100
I just can't get over the SQ of these IEM's. With my Fuze and FiiO E6 on EQ 2 they sound every bit as good as my TF10 though they both have a different sound signature. Now theres over 30 hours on them the sound is very detailed and smooth with great bass extension. With the instrument...- jiff

Multi-IEM Review - 352 IEMs compared (Pump Audio Earphones added 04/03/16 p. 1106)
Quote: Yea I think they sound a bit better than the FXT90's. They have more detail and better bass in quality and quantity, also the mids are one of the best I've heard in a under $200 IEM.- jiff

Multi-IEM Review - 352 IEMs compared (Pump Audio Earphones added 04/03/16 p. 1106)
Joker if you ever have a chance you should checkout the Yamaha EPH-100's, they are really, really good and have some BA qualities like in how detailed they are. The bass is so very nice with good depth, punch and an over all smooth texture. I'm truly shocked at how good they sound and the fact...- jiff

Yamaha EPH-100
Well I've had my EPH-100's for 2 days and have about 15 hours on them and I'm really enjoying this IEM. The bass is very well represented with pretty good depth and a nice punch and texture especially for a 6mm driver. The mids which is my favorite part (that and the bass) right now, its very...- jiff

Well then I stoked about getting them. I was going to get them but got the FXT90, at least I had enough to EPH-100's and looking forward to comparing them.- jiff

Man miow you make me think these will be way better than my beloved TF10's and FXT90. So these bad boys sound more like a $300 or $400 pair of IEM's and not the $150 they cost (or $115 from Audio Affair).- jiff

FLAC vs 320kbps
Now when it comes to WAV files I hear a difference over FLAC and 320. As for just FLAC and 320 its nothing that makes me say "wow that sound much better" and my source as well as gear is fine. FLAC does sound a little better than 320 its just not worth the extra space they take up in my pmp.- jiff

FLAC vs 320kbps
I agree with everyone else that there is a difference but its a slight one. At least for me I just mainly use 320 because I can't fit more albums and mixes on my pmp. Most of my albums are around 150mb give or take 10 to 15mb, were flac is more like 450mb and theres not enough of a difference...- jiff

Miow would you say the soundstage is avg in width and depth or above avg? That and instrument separation besides detail are the 2 things that are most important to me.- jiff

Man Miow your really hyping these up a lot and I hope they have all the qualities your stating. If they can have the accuracy and detail of a balanced armature with the bass and presence of a dynamic then these might just be the IEM's I've been looking for.- jiff

Yamaha EPH-100
Well I just ordered mine from Audio Affair and hope to have them in a week or 2. I'll have a loaned pair of GR07's to A/B them with along with my FXT90 which will be fun. From they way everyone describes the sound signature I think I'm going to really like these because I'm really starting to...- jiff

Quote: Yea I know they don't really look like that but thats marketing for you. The actual IEM's still look pretty nice anyway and I'm really not a fan of flashy ones I tend to like the more subtle look.- jiff

Aurisonics Impressions and Reviews
The sound signature described makes me think they would work really well with all my electronic music. I have one question though, how do the highs sound because while I'm not a treble freak I do like a nice well round high with some sparkle.- jiff

I want to know how much the GR08 will be, I've wanted a BA and dynamic universal IEM for awhile. The GR09 seem like its going to be nice also with 6 BA's.- jiff

Triple.Fi 10 Cable replacement
Quote: Does it change the sound of them a lot or is it about the same? I read on review that said the make them sound more warm with a little less detail and thats a deal breaker for me.- jiff

Multi-IEM Review - 352 IEMs compared (Pump Audio Earphones added 04/03/16 p. 1106)
Quote: I've been wanting to know about them myself because I can't find any reviews on them anywhere. Its a dual BA so I wouldn't think it would be all that bad but with no reviews it makes me wonder.- jiff

JVC HA-FXT90 Thread
Man Inks you were right about them being source dependent because they sound like a whole new IEM with my Fuze + vs the i10. The mids are no longer recessed and vocals are front and center a long with the highs being a little more present. Bass is about the same though they do have slightly...- jiff

jazzy, atmospheric drum and bass - IEM's
I'd say the TF10's would be a great choice also. All I listen to is edm and they just really work well with that type of music. If you want to hear a awesome D&B comp checkout Fabriclive 44 mixed Commix, its not atmospheric but its deep and smooth I'd call it minimal D&B.- jiff

Oh I'm not going to get anything right now, I'm defiantly gonna to what for the reviews. The only reason I'm getting my TF10's re-shelled is because I want the UM driver upgrade so if not for that I wouldn't do it. I'm kinda on the fence with customs because after a few years they don't fit...- jiff
