AudioQuest Dragonfly Review : Affordable, Outstanding, Tiny DAC / Amp
Not in Canada. It's $200 and there's only the v2 available. That's ok, I need to go to the US in a couple of weeks, I will grab one there.- SirDedale

AudioQuest Dragonfly Review : Affordable, Outstanding, Tiny DAC / Amp
Thanks for the heads up. Actually, I found some local stores which sell it. I wanted to buy second hand as I already have a Aune T1 and I'm not sure yet if that's really The one for my HD650s. I'd like to try both and then decide on which one to keep. And yes, the prices I've quoted before...- SirDedale

AudioQuest Dragonfly Review : Affordable, Outstanding, Tiny DAC / Amp
Sorry to hijack the topic but after some research (thanks Head-Fi...!), I think the DF would be a nice fit for my HD650s. I was wondering how much would cost a dragonfly second hand as I'm in Canada and people there tend to sell it for $155 to 185,(no, I'm serious...), so perhaps after that I...- SirDedale

Sansa Clip Plus replacement
I don't really know about the Clip + but I do have the Zip and yes, even if it's tiny, it's built like a (lightweight) tank. Also, the jack is really tight so I don't think there will be problems with mine.- SirDedale

Montreal - Tube rolling
Hey guys, I was wondering whether other people in Montreal and around use the Aune T1 (or others config with tubes) and if we can meet and exchange on the subject. I'd love to try out some new tubes and check the differences. Let me know if you're interested!- SirDedale

Let's hope! it gonna cost my marriage when my wife will know about all my recent "expenses" with the aune t1 and now those cans. Plus, the Monster MD Trumpets a few weeks back. At least, it's a better hobby than going to the casino or doing a golden mile every month :)- SirDedale

DT880 for 250$
Hi, I'm on the verge of buying my first pair of good cans! I saw the DT880 250 ohms for 250$ tx included. For this price, do I get the best bang for my buck or should I steer away and go with something a bit more expensive such as the HD600? Quick edit also, those are the artists I...- SirDedale

Long time lurker... subscribed
Sorry for the confusion but no, I don't have $600 to spend. It's more about 200 / 250. The thing is, I can have a cool deal for a studio 5 anv3 but again if I won't notice a difference because my headphones are not enough, I prefer to go for the cheaper. I was also thinking about buying a...- SirDedale
