Rather than the choices above, I'd strongly suggest the Fitear TG334! The overall sound signature is definitely very suitable for popular music nowadays.

I own the Miracle, and heard the TG334! at Fujiya Avic event during my trip in July. I definitely still prefer my Miracle overall, though that might be a personal bias, I still think Miracle is overall more versatile than TG334! which is very good sounding especially for popular music nowadays...

As a UM Miracle user myself, I have to say the Fostex HP-P1 does not really add any coloration to Miracle, if anything it just provides you with a more transparent view between you and your music with an effortless soundstage and presentation, and it has plenty of juice to drive the Miracle, so...

The demo sets really didn't do the real thing justice from my personal experience, the Merlin demo really do sounds pretty bad and the Miracle as described in my review, sounds 'average' compared to other high end universal IEM and definitely inferior to my own full custom set.

Nice review, from it I guess the LS6 sounds quite similar to the UM Miracle, but from the overall lineup I think the signature of the LS8+ will sure be a crowd pleaser. 

If you like earsonic sound signature, especially the sm3 (thick sound, overall smooth treble) and love hard hitting bass, then UM Miracle might not fit those (though you can audition it yourself if you live in KL to get an idea), other custom-iem to consider besides ES5 would be the ACS T1 (can...
