Although true, the Rn6 is pricier even so the Ne4 holds its own. I do have the Rn6 too. It's more "fun" but the Ne4 seems more balanced. Of course it's just an opinion- SteveKiwi

I've not been out in a gale, but given my 1 1/2 hours with them they were considerably better than the previous 2 versions, the Grado and Sennheiser I've owned. But each to their own of course.- SteveKiwi

I just got mine, they are so tiny compared to the two previous versions. Sound wise they are very impressive once you get rid of the provided ear tips. I had some Spinfit W1 handy so I immediately swapped after trying the standard Sony ones. I walked home, about an hour and a half elapsed...- SteveKiwi
