RE0 vs Denon AH-C710?
I used to own the RE0s and still have the Denon C700 (which is somewhat similar-sounding AFAIK?). I sold off the RE0s and bought the DBA-02s. Many say they are an improvement over the RE0. I never regretted my decision, and the DBA-02s are the IEMs I've had for the longest time without...- natural_nut

Going to London. Tips?
Hey, thank you all for the replies! @mark2410: Thanks for the tip regarding the oyster card! @Landis: Guinness toffees! That sounds amazingly awesome. @kiwirugby: LOL! My friend did that and he ended up in hospital with alcohol poisoning. @nick_charles: Yup, that'd be...- natural_nut

Going to London. Tips?
Hi all, I'm heading down to London next weekend. Anything that I absolutely must see/ do/ eat/ drink/ go to? I'm also thinking of going to Hillsong London. However, I'll be going alone. How do I get there? Thanks in advance!- natural_nut

Jaben Fear...
Why don't you consider the Fischer Audio DBA-02? They have them in a local online store, Treoo.com It's only a pre-order at the moment, though, as stocks worldwide are limited. Treoo reckons they'd get it by the end of this month- natural_nut

Denon AH-C751 vs. Shure SE310
I would recommend the C751s without batting an eyelidl; these are in a different class from the SE310. However, many have found the bass (including myself) to overwhelm other sound qualities. Have you considered the C710?- natural_nut

Review: Fischer Audio's DBA-02
I just got a pair of the DBA-02s. They are amazingly musical! My history includes the Denon C700 and RE0. The DBAs seem to blend both aspects of my collections well. It's like the wildly bassy C700 mated with the tame, analytical RE0 and produced the DBAs. Couldn't be happier with my purchase :)- natural_nut

Denon D2000 vs Audio Technica ATH-ES7
Hey man, I think the ES7 and D2000 comparison is a bit unfair, comparing something that's over double the price of the former. I'd say the D2000 clearly blow the ES7 out of the water. I think a fairer comparison would be between the D2000 and ESW9. I'd recommend the ESW9 for any situation...- natural_nut

Portable Rig
Ditto on the Tomahawk being for IEMs (at least its frequently said). But you wanna wear D2000s out? They're humongous! And will keep slipping, no?- natural_nut

Terms used on Head-fi
What I understand it as is, the performance of the headphones 'scale' up nicely according to the grade of equipment (eg. from mid-fi sources to hi-fi sources). Hence the performance improves with the equipment used.- natural_nut

Canalphones/IEMs: switching from X3
CK7 do NOT need to be worn over the ear. I think they are a good choice, however, I'd recommend going for the C700s instead, as IMO they are one of the best deals under $200.- natural_nut

UM2-IPOD CLASSIC-GO VIBE PETITE make good sound?
Didn't you just say you'd be going for the SE530s in another thread? But the UM2+iPod matching should be fine, nothing spectacular but nothing terrible IMO.- natural_nut
