Use something like Daemon tools to mount the CD image. Then you can start ripping the individual tracks.

Do you have a soldering gun? Just solder together the broken off copper wires together, then cover the exposed parts with some electrical tape.

Oh bummer. Those trim pots are calibrated so both channels have the same output. Now you need special instruments to recalibrate the those trim pots to achieve the same output on both channel. I played around with the trim pots one time, had to send them back to Benchmark to get them...

At least I haven't heard of anyone able to copy an SACD disc. This is mostly because computer DVD drives cannot read SACD discs. As to DVD-A, do some google search. Apparently people have been able to digitally the DVD-A discs. But, is 4 or 5 GB of space for less one hour's worth of music...

I am not an expert on this either. Just guesses here. I thought the whole point of a switching power supply forms the basis of this new class of amps called "digital" amps.
