Go to your windows 10 settings, open system > display and in there, above resolution, there should be an option that says "Change the size of text, apps, and other items". The drop down option is set to 125% by default I think, change that to 100% and then restart. The burner program should open...

I found a fix. I changed scaling to 100% (I was on 125%) and restarted. The burner opened fine after the restart

I second this. The Hiby app cutting the album artwork also bothers me a lot.

It doesn't come up for tracks that are having this issue. But it does come up as a selected option (a check mark in the bottom right corner of the artwork) for tracks that properly display the artwork in affected albums.
