I have a large ear canal and have no problems.  I can see where others may have an issue with that bore size.  This is definitely a case of try before you buy or make sure there is a good return policy.

I'm with fuzzychaos and Sound Eq.  These headphones put all other wireless headphones to shame (non-noise cancellation types).  The build quality is second to none.  It might be worth investing in an Audeze type Pelican case to keep it in if you don't like the one included.
