Chinese / Asian Brand IEM Info Thread
My KZ ZS6 arrived today, out of the box the cable was iffy and so music was cutting in and out. I swapped out for the stock cable i got on my ZS3 and they work correctly. I thought I was sent a dud pair at first. I also have a couple of upgrade cables on the way from ALi. Out of the box the ZS6...- danny93

Chinese / Asian Brand IEM Info Thread
Hey guys, I got the EMI CI800 in the post today as a Christmas present for my sister. After a bit of a listen (couldn't resist haha) I love the mids on these things. My KZ ZS3 feels so damn bloated and veiled now, I think I need a little upgrade myself. Would the KZ Zs6 be a good shout, or the...- danny93

Anyone with £6 to spare get the KZ Zs3 http://www.gearbest.com/on-ear-over-ear-headphones/pp_436717.html I have spent some more time with them, and can say they are brilliant, and the bass is there in abundance! Considering my daily headphones are VMODA M100 I do not feel a great need to...- danny93

Electronic Music Exchange (House, DnB, Dubstep, etc.)
Hi all, after some recommendations as I cant seem to find much recent music I like. Im into more chilled and bassy stuff such as Phaeleh, Headphone Activist, Tycho, Moderat, tale of us, KANT, FKJ but other than that nothing is really doing it for me so I find myself listen to a lot of Pink... -

Really liking Moderat, but all their stuff sounds like vinyl rip with crackle/pop...is that normal?- danny93

If you aren't impressed straight away, try playing around with different tips to make sure you hear the Zs3 with the correct seal. I am using sony hybrid on the left and stock medium on the right, havent had a problem with most IEM's getting a good seal but the custom kind of shape seems...- danny93

My KZ ZS3's arrived a couple hours ago...so happy with them, highly recommend! Bass is great...was worried that it wouldn't have enough for my tastes...but it definitely does! Got a good seal with the default tips after inserting a few times as I am new to the CIEM technique and so happy...- danny93

I found the stock pads to be a little shallow, coming from some beyerdynamic dt 770 my ears were not used to touching the drivers and they got a little sore/hot. Adding the cotton (rolled up bandage) just gave my ears a little more space and yes I can wear for hours without removing as i...- danny93

I have the VMODA M100, they really are brilliant, not only great bass but soundstage is pretty decent and the mids and highs arent too shabby either. The portability factor of them is nice as they fold down into a case that beggars belief! I have not heard them with the XL pads, I put a...- danny93

OK...the following just didn't strike me as you thinking they were garbage tbh, like I said I dont want lots of mid bass just some decent sub bass and ones that sound decent when listening to anything from Bach, Pink Floyd, drum and bass etc on the go and dont have to worry about leaving them...- danny93
