I don't often listen to classical, yesterday listened to Vikingur Olafsson - Mozart & Contemporaries and the piano sounded very clean and I could feel/hear the way he pressed and released the keys. Attack and decay was quite detailed. Might give you an idea. Listened to it on Qobuz by the way.

I`ve been using the k420 as my primary portable headphone for a while now. Sometimes I use my panasonic rtx-h7, that`s only when I have a retroday. Tried a few IEMs, shure e3c/super-fi`s and sennheisers, but couldn`t get used with the feeling in my ears. For some reason I build up too much...

I really enjoy my HD650 at home, the deep sound impact it makes and the clarity of instruments. Too bad I`m most of the time on the go.
