Two-way Review: Arcam DiVA CD73 vs CA Azur 640C V2

Two-way Review: Arcam DiVA CD73 vs CA Azur 640C V2
Excellent writeup, Asr. Happily, my father has an 640c in his music system, and since he's Squeezeboxing these days and I'm home for a month, I nabbed it and plugged my Millet into it. Just a quick question - regarding volume. I'm using K271s and my Millet has to be kept at literally the lowest...- configure

Question about relativity for final exams...
As I recall, it goes something like this (essentially what five or so people have said just before me ) Electromagnetic force is 'Lorentz-invariant', that is, it is the same in every reference frame. In fact, the Lorentz transformations were deduced by Lorentz by looking at electromagnetism...- configure

Open headphones in exams?
Good luck with that A Level. My, the number of times I'd wished I had a pair of headphones during all those Math A levels...though, you won't be using them for music, eh? Even so, I can imagine one's own headphones to be a great comfort. Choose the comfiest, mate - I doubt the sound quality is...- configure

I like my SR-60s more than my K271S!
Based on a friend's SR60 and SR80 and my MS1, I'd say the MS1 is a decent step-up from the SR60. Certainly, tamed highs and the such; but I also thought that the MS1 had a somewhat smoother sound. A tad more pleasant to listen to.- configure

Headphones that sound like high-end KSC75??
It's been said, but I'll back it up. Some time ago, when I picked up a pair of KSC75s for a friend, i gave them a good testing. I thought they sounded quite like my MS1s, an MS1-lite, if you will. Less detail, but very comparable characteristics, IMHO.- configure

Indigo DJ + Windows + ASIO = eh?
So, after a period of a few months, I finally mustered the courage to dig out my XP cd and attempt to install it. Windows seems to have the same kind of aversion to my laptop that I have towards it, and installing it is always a battle. This time, however, I saw it through (wiping my OpenSuse...- configure
