V-MODA Crossfade 2 Wireless - We Discuss It With Val Kolton - Head-Fi TV

I’d like to chime in a bit as a previous V-Moda advocate, I recently sold my CW2 (before the new version got announced luckily). I have since been using the B&O H7 which can be picked up cheaper than the CW2 if you shop about. They are a very good set of cans and worth trying out also if you are...

V-MODA Crossfade 2 Wireless - We Discuss It With Val Kolton - Head-Fi TV

For anyone in the UK still interested in copping a pair of these cans; they are currently £170 on Amazon for the rose gold which is an absolute steal! -------> https://goo.gl/gQbGdY They are on back order though so you may have to wait a few weeks. It kinda tells me that some kind of...

V-MODA Crossfade 2 Wireless - We Discuss It With Val Kolton - Head-Fi TV

Unfortunately in today’s throwaway society, convenience is king. The hassle of sticking stuff on eBay with massive fee’s and the increasing amount of scammers. It’s simple just to get the guaranteed satisfaction.

V-MODA Crossfade 2 Wireless - We Discuss It With Val Kolton - Head-Fi TV

Even tho I got my CFW2 for cheap pre owned. I’d still be pretty pissed if they release a new verion haha! In realistic terms though what can they possibly upgrade? They sure as crap ain’t gonna be licensing the W1 from Apple. Maybe just an upgrade to Bluetooth 5.0? I don’t think it would be...

V-MODA Crossfade 2 Wireless - We Discuss It With Val Kolton - Head-Fi TV

I have taken delivery of my rose gold ones a couple of days ago now. Comparing them to the previous version and the M100 it’s night and day, he bass is still present but it’s nice and tight; he real game changer and why I got rid of the previous models is the midrange. Vocals really pop now and...

V-MODA Crossfade 2 Wireless - We Discuss It With Val Kolton - Head-Fi TV

I snagged some pre owned CFW2’s online for pretty cheap. The only time I’ll probably be using them wirelessly is with my smart TV so I am hoping the mids are much improved over previous models.

Preliminary reviews seem pretty positive on the studios. I'll pop in an Apple Store and demo them when they are available.

I have managed to hold off on the CF2W for all this time so far. I'll wait until the reviews are in for the studio's (or possibly get a demo) and then make a decision.

That article is over 2 years old. Much has changed since then maybe you've read that Apple purchased them.

Haha! I was itching to mention the new studio's but I thought it was taboo to mention beats around these parts I'll wait till some decent reviews are out.

I feel ya. If V-Moda got the W1 from Apple I'd be all over these. Wireless shouldn't be the afterthought nowadays.

I've been wanting to pull the trigger on these for so long now. The lack of AAC is a big put off for me as an iPhone/apple music user. Using them as a wired phone does not really appeal to me as I use open back cans when at home.

V-MODA Forza Metallo Wireless Discussion with Val Kolton + Impressions, Etc.

Yep .... these things are amazing! No regrets. Quite neutral not bass heavy; they sound suprisingly open too. Large silicon tips seem to do the trick although I am using the wings all the time also. My only concern if I'm being nit-picky is they could have used a touch more reinforcement...
