Comparison of Dacmagic and 840c as dac.
I'm eager to find out too. I emailed AudioAdvisor and they told me the sound is comparable to 740C and definitely a step down from 840C. But you never know until you audition it yourself.- bubblegummy

USB to DAC question on the volume control
Hi guys I just bought a new DAC and it has a USB input. I plug it into my computer and loaded my ALC files with itunes. I'm kinda surprise to find out that I could control the volume through itunes. Please correct me if I'm wrong, isn't USB work like SPDIF/ optical out where no volume control...- bubblegummy

Need a cheaper alternative replacement pad for HD580.
Hi guys One of the thin pad on my right is torn and I could see inside the driver. Sennheiser sells the complete replacement pad for USD 40.35/pair but I just need the thin pad. My 2 large round pad are still in very good condition. Does anyone has any good advice if I can get anything...- bubblegummy

PC used in different country
Hi guys, I have Signal Cable made me a power cord. I'm using it now with my amp. Soon, I'll be moving back to my country where they use 240V. Can I still use my PC without any issue? I'm thinking of just using a cheater plug. Thanks.- bubblegummy

Transformer for converting Voltages
Hi guys, All of the equipments that I have now are using 110V (US). I'm planning to move back to my country where they use 220-240V. Any good suggestion for a transformer? Will that affect the sound at all if I add a transformer? I'm worried about noise and etc. Thanks- bubblegummy

Upsampling: does this reviewer have a valid point?
To be honest with you guys, when I switch on the upsampling mode in my 963SA player, there is a sence of brightness and I don't like it. I still prefer Music Hall CD25 for redbook CD playback. That's just my opinion. Also, it depends on your system as well.- bubblegummy

Philips DVD 963A- A review/comparison
I have a question. For stereo CD playback on the 963SA, should I connect my ouput at the multichannel post? I see there are 2 sets of L/R output, one for the multichannel and one for the video. Also, do I need to configure anything if I were to play 2 channel stereo music? I notice the sound...- bubblegummy
