Hi guys,

I have Signal Cable made me a power cord. I'm using it now with my amp. Soon, I'll be moving back to my country where they use 240V. Can I still use my PC without any issue? I'm thinking of just using a cheater plug.

Thanks.

Most PC power supplies have a switch on the back to move from 110v in the US to 230v in the UK.

You will need to get a different plug for the wall end of the cable as we use a standard 3-pin safety plugs for all appliances in the uk.

I think he is talking about power cords...

Well if I can remember it correctly it is okay since with higher voltage you use lower current so the cable should be able handle it. There could be some other limiting factors though so it is always best to check with the manufacturer to see if it's ok.
