Davy Wentzler, it's a pity that UAPP still can't playback SACD ISO gapless! Currently this is the main reason that I still have to use free Hiby Music! It has its own problems, but gapless playback is what it does flawlessly.

Could you please reserve some working time to make gapless playback of SACD ISO?

@DavyWentzler

I purchased a Alcatel Pixi 4 today (runnning Android 6) but when i try to download UAPP which i paid for, its "not compatible with this version of android" and the phone is currently on 6.0.1 where as iv run UAPP on many android phones with 5.0/6.0 and the newest 7.0 Nougat and not had this problem before.

Any help apreciated.

Recently when I click a track in an album, UAPP plays another random track but shows the name of which I chose, does anyone have similar problem?

I am using Meridian Explorer 2 via LG V20 UAPP app.

it's probably a wrong software key mapping, it happens to some non phone android devices too

On LG V20 there is no better sounding software than its built in Music app. IMO it bested other softwares including UAPP, Hiby or Neutron and others.

Its just how their Music app access the features of their DAC and AMP (w/c seems exclusive to them only).

Just installed this on my Fiio X5 III gen. Can't seem to get it to work. Whenever I play a song, there's lots of static/crackle.

How can I see track numbers for the currently playing album, and also n/nn track counter? I've enabled the option to show track numbers in the Settings, but see no a result.

I play from folders, if it matters. All the files are properly tagged.

Just to clarify, but does UAPP use the full technical capability of the Fiio X5 3rd Gen? Just wondering. I have it on the player beside the base app and Hiby.

Hi Davy,

In Network mode, when an album in a folder by tapping a song, the whole album goes into the queue with tracks in the correct order. But from up one level, after tapping the 3 dots and selecting "Add to queue", the album gets added to the queue but the tracks are in the wrong order. The order seems to be the same incorrect order each time. UAPP Vers. 3.4.3, on both Android 4.4.2 (Note 3) and 6.0.1 (A8-2016).

Thanks!

The only DAP that allows 3rd party apps to use full technical capability is iBasso DX200. For both UAPP and Hiby it includes Native DSD playback, and, of course, bit perfect PCM formats for up to 32/384. With any other DAP, only manufacturer's software may take the full advantage of the hardware.

The technical details are here.

I cannot seem to find the answer to this question anywhere else, and it does not seem to be a complaint so far so I may be doing something wrong.

I purchased UAPP to use with Tidal and I love how well it sounds through both my Modi Multi Bit and my Leckerton UHA-6S.MKII. However, I cannot lose my system sounds (phone ring, notifications, alarms). Maybe I have configured it incorrectly, but I get no system sounds when using UAPP.

Is this not possible with this app?
