I have been listening to the DUNU DK-3001 for the past 11 days and they have a wonderful sound. The Maestro disrupted my quality time with the DUNU.

Ello! Anyone has recommendations for a ciem/iem that is an upgrade of the rhapsodio solar? :) the itch is coming
Two questions that could be helpful in this search:

- what's your budget?
- what kind of sound signature (differences with Solar) are you looking for?

Maybe one of the contenders in this shootout (not finished yet) could be to your liking as well

I put my w900 on ebay too. It's not my taste. I'm too sesitive with treble. I couldn't listen to it more than an hour. I almost bought a A18 but after have a conversation with a lady from 64audio, i knew that it's not me. I decided purchased a A12, my first ciem. I'm in love with the sound signature of U12 which i can listen to it for hours.
I wonder that any TOTL iem in here have the smooth sound like U12 ?

- Budget maybe ard 2k usd? Usually I buy used iems instead of retail ones heh
- An airier Solar with slightly reduced bass quantity but with more treble presence (not too sharp though I'm sensitive, Rhapsodio RDBv1 mini made me scared)

Thanks!

That is certainly how I'd describe Encore.

A similar option to Solar I think would be Oriolus 2. They share some similarities, especially bass. The treble could be harsh for some though, so you should try first if you get the chance.

The Maestro V2 has a nice warm signature. I would think it is perfect for anyone treble sensitive.
