Bassy cans for around 100-150€
Deep apologies for this nasty quad-post, but I didn't find how to delete the previous posts and merge them. Sorry. So the thing is, I'm going to order the headphones today. I'm going for the Sony's. They... they seem nice to me, I like their looks and the reviews sound good too. Soooo...- Zarrick19

Bassy cans for around 100-150€
Sorry for tripple-posting, but I wan't to get over this ASAP. The Fostex's are power hungry, I've got no amp for it. So the final trinity is: Sony MDR-1A vs. Beyerdynamic DT770 vs. Beyerdynamic Custome One Pro The COP got adjustable bass, which is nice, but overall SQ is...- Zarrick19

Bassy cans for around 100-150€
Looking for new headphones, so far I've been using mostly IEMs (because lot's of travelling, but that's gone now - ATH CKM-55, IE80, HiSoundAudio E212 etc.) and for home I had a pair of Maxell Retro DJ - while they had a fairly nice sound, they really really lacked bass. And... I like bass. I...- Zarrick19

How open the DT990's are?
Hey there, I'm looking for a pair of quality bass-ish headphones at around 100-150€, and most of the DT series fairly fit there. Not the DT880 tho, bude from what I've read in all the reviews, the DT770 or the DT990 could fit my needs fairly well. They will be driven by an old but trusty 90's...- Zarrick19

The Basshead Club
A genuine IE80 owner said they sound 95% the same, only the cable degrades the SQ and the bass knob isn't working. But some fake IE80 owners reported their bass knobs are working so I think these "fake IE80"s could be genuine but they didn't passed the quality controll. Mine is going to...- Zarrick19

The Basshead Club
Anyone tried the fake IE80's? From what I heard from several users, the fake IE80's use the same speaker as the genuine IE80's, only the bass setting "knob" isn't working. I heard the genuine IE80's are pretty basshead, so it should be worth a try. And for like 30€ there is nothing to think about- Zarrick19

ELE DAC Thread
I have ordered the EL-D00 for $8 with free international shipping and it arrived in about a week and half. I'm from Slovakia. About the DAC - for it's price it's a nice little upgrade from integrated sound card. There is a little background noise but it isn't actually too disturbing. I was...- Zarrick19

ELE DAC headphone out
Hi there. A few days ago I received my ELE DAC EL-D00 from eBay. When I first tried it, I was shocked. There was completely no bass, meds without details and highs were screaming. At first I was like "Well, yeah, what was I expecting for $8" but then I connected the receiver to it (at first I...- Zarrick19

The HiSoundAudio E212's have just arrived and... they are definitely basshead. They aren't burned in yet, but the bass is really deep and agile. Trebbles are a bit screaming, the mids are just OK and the soundstage is pretty wide. Can't say more before a few-days burn in.- Zarrick19

Anyone from EU who ordered any T-Peos? The H-100's price is really nice even with the postage, but I'm curious about the other fees like duty or tax.- Zarrick19

Looking for some bassy 100€ IEM's
TDK BA200 looks good but it's hard to find, has flat cable and is a bit more expensive (+/- 150€) Vsonic GR07BE is fantastic, I heard it, still a bit expensive but definitely will think about it About the Hifiman RE-400 I have heard a lot of praise, but I dont think so they will be bassy...- Zarrick19

You could also include Audio Technica's CKM-55. Beautiful deep and clear bass. I was using him 6hrs. a day, 6 days a week, during those years he become my lovely little friend who have never left me alone and I was always caring of him. But after the recabling he's not the same :( Sadly, I'm...- Zarrick19

Looking for some bassy 100€ IEM's
Well, the SE215 SE is pretty hard to find. Even the standard SE215 is only in one shop in Slovakia... I would really like to try those XBA-2's, their price (50€) is really nice but I noticed one thing - they got ASYMMETRICAL cable! The only thing I cant stand. And as they are dual-driver, it...- Zarrick19

Looking for some bassy 100€ IEM's

FiiO E10 or better headphones?
Sorry for a tripple post, but - as I ordered the ELE DAC for almost nothing, I have just realized that headphones would be pointless for me - I will travel 2x per week to college and back, so IEM would be a better choice. I just went through some audio e-shops and found the Shure SE215 - they...- Zarrick19
