Hi, I need headphones for gaming and sometimes music, movies and these seem to be the best - no need for amp, adjustable bass levels but no mic. Is there anything better for the same price? They have to be CLOSED BACK though and no amp needed.

Comfort - hard foam earcups that leaves gaps around ear, no cushion on top - had to take it off every 20 mins or so because of pain, sound might be what you call flat - absolutely no joy in listening to anything through these. I was expecting them to be way better than my 2x cheaper gaming...

A while ago I bought AKG K612 Pro to be used for gaming and music and I've never been disappointed more - my ~60 dollar Asus Orion headset sounds way better and is way more comfortable than the AKG + it has a mic and volume control.

Hi, now I don't really care about the pads anymore as the headband is hurting the top of my head after a while (no cushioning at all). I'm most likely returning the headphones to get something else.

If you want comfort and good bass then scratch AKG K612 off your list - it has none of those.

Hi, I've just got the headphones and I find them not that comfortable at all. The pads they come with are stiff and I think I've read somewhere that it was possible to swap to more comfy ones from another akg heaphone - I just can't find that post anymore.   Anyone know if that is possible?

I tried bigger buds, but that only makes harder to put them in. Even with the smallest I can't get a deep insertion, even if I do - they slowly slide out.

SEMI DISAPPOINTED. Have to push each iem 20 times in my ear and it still barely stays in even with the smallest buds. Sounds okay, nothing "wow" about it. 100$ worth? Not sure.   Is there anything I can do about them falling out or did I just throw out 100$?
