I find it very amusing how every PF owner has such a connection with the music that goes through the PFs. Such thrill and joy they seem to provide. I only wished I demo-ed them at Jaben when I was back in Asia..- lh2705

The Sub-$200 Portable Amps Shootout – 13 (+11) amps compared
Thanks for the excellent write up. Went for the c421, it's unfortunate they stopped selling the ad8620s tho, got the opa2227 instead. Also, I managed to pick up some EMI(very minor) so I don't think it's dead silent.. Mine are black editions tho.. perhaps the older ones were quieter?- lh2705

REVIEW - COLORFLY C3
well.. I just said it has more hiss than I expected that is all. It is not huge but it is there in quiet passages like the last guy said. There are also pops in between every song change. I'm not bashing the product, just being honest.- lh2705

REVIEW - COLORFLY C3
Yes you can. But I think you would have to put all the songs in one folder if I am not mistaken. Just got the C3 and it has more hiss than I expected.. darn- lh2705

Unfortunately I haven't got one of those converters for my android phone.. But I "think" it should be possible or else, this wouldn't really work really well.. Until I get my hands on one of those cables.. Hopefully someone else can help you confirm it.- lh2705

thanks for helping me test that out. I understand that they'd sound much better with a good amp but its kinda troublesome to carry the amp with me when I just want to listen to music while walking or on the bus. Anyway I guess I'll be getting the classic sometime soon.- lh2705

Most of my files are 320kbps mp3, I also have a couple in flac format. I really can't understand why there is hiss. Or could it be the player?(laptop/phone) Any suitable amp recommendations?- lh2705

Hi everyone, I'm facing some problems with hissing on my pair of heaven S phones. Anybody have any methods of fixing this problem? I've read on a couple places that hissing is because of the source and never the phones, however, I am not hearing any hissing when using my pair of ATH-ES7s...- lh2705
