Does the mic run through the same 3.5mm jack as the audio or is it done with a splitter? I amp with an RME ADI-2 DAC FS, but have to plug into the motherboard for gaming so I can use Dolby Atmos. Atmos doesn't seem to play nice with music amps. I'm curious to hear more about the cord features...

Just reading your review now. I'm also a D9200 owner. Could you compare the VZR One in a bit more detail to the D9200? Also curious if you have any new impressions after using the VZR for a while now.

They are softer and make a significant comfort upgrade. They are the same thickness, but due to being softer, may sit ever so slightly closer to your ear. I notice no sound change though. In staging or frequency response.

I find them more comfortable than the Velour too. Hybrids are great!

I figured out what was wrong with the SE output on it. When the Q5k AMP mode is set to Balanced 2.5 instead of auto, it makes the 3.5 sound terrible. Switching it to auto fixed it. I don't recall ever setting it to balanced, but might have accidentally.

Compared to what other dac/amp? Assuming you mean with the D9200.

I do know people love the Go Blu. It has nice easy controls too. I'm tempted to get one since PowerAmp system wide PEQ became a thing on Android. Using a balanced cable is necessary with the Q5k imo. I never run it SE. The SE is very low output. Should be about the same as Go Blu in balanced...

Ifi go must have some coloration. I find the Q5k balanced extremely close to my RME ADI-2 and DX3Pro+ which are both considered transparent. I doubt I'd pass a ABX test between them all

Could you test and try your Qudelix with balanced? Two of us have found our Qudelix SE seems weak, but the balanced sounds full. I'm wondering if there is a batch with a manufacturing defect. Because the SE is pretty bad.

For context the Arya Stealth is a 32ohm load with 94dB sensitivity.
