I recently ran across this website ( Valutronic ) and they have some plans for a DIY speaker: http://www.valutronic.se/vh1e.html Any of you people who know about this stuff think that building this is worth it? I'm not experienced at all when it comes to speakers, especially of this sort...

I would definitely agree to anything Sasha. Airdrawndagger has many mechanical and organic textures that are great for judging headphones... Uberzone's Digital Mix shows off the bass in cans, big-time! Try it with the DT-770's

Well, I can hear MP3 artifacting on other examples, and bad quality MP3's really jump out at me, I just don't hear what would be so distracting about artifacts in that Fatboy sample. Maybe if you were experiencing pre-echo on the quiet stutters at the beginning of even Bucephalus Bouncing...
