Hi I don’t have a Mojo 2 yet I have a Meridian 218 streamer/dac. I’m not sure how good the dac is on my 218 but my gut feeling is to save some money and just buy a Magni + and use my 218 analogue outs

How does the Mojo 2 headphone amp compare to a Magni +?, are we talking night and day differences?

Hi, one of my complaints with the RS1i's were that my right ear touched the driver and the left one did not which was terribly annoying and uncomfortable, could someone tell me if the ear touches the GS1000i driver and how far apart they are? Regards Danny

There's no doubt that the rs1i's do sound better than the sr60's it's just when you compare the price gap between the two I would say in terms of value nothing can touch the sr60.

Is there something wrong with my ears! Don't get me wrong the grado rs1i's are great sounding headphones but £700 more than the £100 sr60's? I just can't justify the price. For the record I am using a linn sneaky ds as my source and a Lehmann audio black cube.

Should the driver be dead centre to my ear hole? Or will I just get the same sound no matter how I wear them?

I've been listening to the RS1i's with SR60 pads and i have to say that I've had a headache ever since! Way to overpowering.

Yep, tried everything. What really is annoying me is that my right ear touches the right handed driver but the left one doesn't seem to or it could be my imagination, anyhow it just does not feel comfortable, nothing like the comfort with my SR60's anyway. Just trying my SR60 pads now!

That looks amazing. I was under the impression that the pads that come with the RS1i as standard are designed a way as to complement the RS1i sound? I just find them to uncomfy. If using the SR60 pads will the bass stay tight and controlled?
