Hi everyone, I have just replaced my old Sr60 with the new i version and would like to know what everyone thinks is the maximum I should spend on a headphone amp for my new Grado's? I currently own a pro-ject headbox 11 which is a very basic peice if kit but not up to the job IMO,would the Lehmann Audio Black Cube Linear be overkill for a £90 Grado can? I listened to this combo last year for a home demo and was extremely impressed!

I recently tried SR80 and MS1 with iBasso T4 and I was impressed, because I previously wasn't crazy about either of them.  Sadly my SR60 is long gone, and that I have only tried with mini3 which sounded just fine.
mini3 is a very neutral and transparent amp so I had a very similar experience with SR80 and MS1 compared with unamped.

Sorry those amps are portable.  This is the full-size amp forum.  In which case I can only ask why one would want a full-size amp with SR60?
