You need a headphone amp with High Gain, I use a Schiit Asgard 2 and on high gain can't go past 11 o'clock!

Yes, it is my opinion (Sound Quality) but that the new Momentum Sound quality  is inferior to other headphones that sell for less and Sennheiser does not even include a second headphone cable without phone controls. 

I have compared to KEF M500, NAD Viso, Audio Technica M50x, HD598 and all outperform the M2 in Sound Quality, sound stage I suggest Sennheiser design team to re design Momentum since you have introduced On Ear, Over The Ear, M2 Momentum and it still sounds  poor. I used all my headphones with...

I would recommend Fidelio X2 excellent sound stage and SQ if you purchase X2 suggest upgrade cable. The M2 SQ is ridiculous for a $349 HP it sounds like a $99 HP I just returned my M2

Hi, please recommend Norne Audio cable for Beyer T90 to tame the brightness, had T90 modified with dual mini XLR inputs.

Received HE-560 about 10 days ago to replace HE-500 my impressions: increased dynamics, detail, 3D image and instrument location very natural tones. Using with NFB7>Mjolnir>HE-560 with Q audio Silk. Experienced some discomfort but bending headband at corners (outward) solved issue.

Impressions: tighter bass with better focus and articulation, 3D soundstage a speaker like presentation.
