About the cracking noise issue, I fixed it.   It seems that the screw on the side were too tight. I just very lightly loosened them, and no noise anymore   Otherwise I've spend the evening with the HE-6 and the LCD2 on the Concerto, and it was very interesting. I'll post my review...

So I received the Meiier Concerto, and did some test with the LCD-2. I don't know if it's my ears, or maybe my other amps were already good enough for the LCD-2, but I don't really see any change. Bass, treble, and soundstage are the same. And all the things I don't like are still there...

Hope too   One thing is the Concerto's very well built. Beautiful and heavy as well.
