Hello, I have been out of the IEM game for a couple of months because of some financial troubles and had to sell my SE530's and Tomahawk amp. I have been saving and have come in to some money and am looking for some new IEM's.  I loved my Shures but am thinking I want to go the custom route...

Japanese as a speaking language is not to hard to get the basics and learn to converse.  Learning to read and write is a whole different ball game.  Not only do you need to learn the basic hiragana and katakana but the many kanji characters.

I don't know how many of you guys/gals read XKCD but I can across this the other day.  

I am a big fan of Alison Krauss. I really like her live features with Union Station.

Gonzaga fan here. Turning out to be a pretty dissapointing season. Although we have a winning record our actual play doesn't give that record justice. The way we have been playing recently we don't deserve to be in the top 25. But oh well we are a young team so hopefully its only up from here.

I am looking into putting my SE530's into custom molds as well. The two main options I have been looking at are Unique Melody and Fisher. Both of these companies have thier pros and cons. From what I have been reading is that UM has a higher quality but you have to pay more around 150usd and...

My first IEM's and so far only IEM's have been the SE530's. I absolutely love them and would recommend them especially if you want to have some sweet mids.

Awesome thanks! I am still not sure if I want to have UM do these or Fisher. Both seem like a good choice but I just don't know the differences between them. Fisher is very convincing with the price but I hear more success stories with UM.

I am thinking of getting se530s reshelled and I am just wondering what the impression are of those who have done it. Did you opt for single bore or duel bore. I would like to keep the sound signiture as close as possible unless one or the other option really improves it. Thanks Sam
