Definitely contact Flare. They have great customer service. I just bent the 3.5mm connector on my pair of Gold's losing the right channel, and they sent me a new cable right away. And didn't even charge me.

Anyone had a chance to listen to these? I'm definitely curious as my ears can be little difficult to fit.

Anyone else here tried the Flare Audio Gold? I'm pretty impressed with the single berilium dd. Seems very balanced for a dd with the bass not too overpowering but still has a very musical presentation. Of course they just discontinued these with a newer version of their HD line, but same driver.

Sorry if this has been talked about already, but has anyone else had an issue with the 3D mode not able to turn on? I've had mine about a week, and sometimes the 3D works fine. But others, the 3D button won't do anything, and I can't even get it to change modes between 2 channel or hi-res etc...
