Did you get a completely new pair of headphones when you only needed to change the headband pad? And did you contact Sennheiser directly? Don't suppose you have a link?

Do anyone know how you remove the headband? If you would want to change out the pad there?

Do anyone know how the NFB-11 compares to the DacMagic Plus? And does the NFB-11 have any problem with electrical noise?

I was thinking I was thinking more in the direction of, when windows speaker setup says 5.1 surround, i doesn't try to upmix the music to 5.1 surround as well? If that's even possible.
