Yes for the original cable.   The optional lighting cable is for iPhone 7

Did you guys order the lighting cable? It seems not so useful. We all should use an amp instead of direct plugging in a phone.

I suspect it is not real U2 iPod. Although it shows matchng serial number on the back cover, machine and iTunes, there is little sign of opening in the corner. Is there any method to check if it is a real one?
