well, enough topic digressing. the store i got my HD280pros from finally got back to me, and they will give me an RMA and let me return the cans. I am fairly sure i want to return them and get the Sony V6 or 7506 now instead. apparently the only differnece between the two is a gold plated...- JohnSmith
