Greetings, I have just received my first set of quality headphones and the amp... My last set of headphones was a set of Pioneer Studio Monitors (circa 1972). They still sound great for a closed HP... So far I'm really impressed with the huge sound stage and their clarity. I've re-burned...

Thanks for the input... I do have the time (retired) to take on a project like this... I'm curious why wouldn't you use an internal sound card? And what kind of external cards are you referring to? I sure I would have to get better cartridge for my TT, I'm sure the one on it is toast...
