I did not pay with PayPal so it's not an option and I don't have a specific coverage from my CC company unfortunately. I still need to call them but reading the coverage I couldn't see anything I could use so it's the waiting game for me.

The thing is... getting a refund is as tough as getting the hardware... I've been waiting for my refund since early september and I keep getting the same response over and over again...

Yes bought on their website, I got confirmation from Kieran I would get the refund shortly. I was ready to wait for a month or two but it's been almsot 5 month and when I see that people have been waiting over a year I have a hard time believing I will receive anything before the end of this year...

I just asked for a refund of PM6 and Icarus I. I'm bored of waiting and might use the budget to fund other IEMs... or not since I'm enjoying the Masters at the moment.

I am waiting on Icarus I as well but I've not seen any news or even update on the specs.

OK well lighter is better, the Masters are definetly too heavy to be comfortable over long period of time.

So after about a week listening to the Master I have to say I'm a bit disapointed. Maybe I was expecting too much out of them. They're not bad of course but they're very average and if they're OK at 60£ they are certainly not worth the retail price of +150£ ... I've played around with filters...

Just received Master in France. Trinity sent me a replacement unit after the first shipment obviously got lost (or forgotten?). Sent on the 17th, just as promised and arrived today. That is good client service
