My newest phone is an iPhone 11 Pro or the last Lightning iPad Pro. I have never been able to get a resonse from Zorloo as to if their usb-c to Lightning adapter is special compared to other adapers (the ones I have are fine for charging and synching) but they never reply to my e-mails
Yeah, they aren't the best at getting back; however, I found when I kept sending the same email again and again (every couple of days), they eventually got back.

I just noticed that the volume level to my Sony MDR Z1R is MUCH lower (too low I'd say) through the Ztella rather than the system earphone plug.... anyone knows why??

This thread is for discussions regarding the soon to be released Zorloo Ztella USB-DAC.

As a sucker for DAC/Amps in general and portable ones specifically I'm hyped about this new offering from Zorloo.

Recently got the new Zorloo Ztella II MQA that has the 4.4mm output port. Some of my IEMs have a problem when inserted into this device such that only one channel is heard until I pull out the IEM plug slightly to then hear both left and right channels. My IEMs that have a thicker plug body did not have this problem. I was able to add a male to female 4.4mm adapter ( FanTasia from Amazon) to the Ztella and that has eliminated the issue I mentioned with those IEMs. I reported to the vendor how this "band-aid" fix cost me $25 and asked for a $25 refund which they promptly provided the same day I sent them the e-mail request. Very satisfied with SQ streaming Tidal MQA from my Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 using the Ztella LL now.
