Finally received my long awaited Verite Open Stabilized from an authorized dealer in my country. I must say it is the most beautiful looking headphone I would EVER own. To all of you that managed to buy one during the sale, it's breathtaking.

PS: it sounds just as good as it looks.

While I do not have a weighing scale to give you the exact weight, i can tell you it’s almost the same weight as my HEKse. About 450g.

I might be exaggerating but they disappear when it’s properly fitted on the head.

Nice, not heavy. I thought all those special versions are heavy, i choosed silkwood for that reason.

I never get tired of looking at the Grille on the VO. I've always wondered how its made, being concave and with those tiny holes. Even with it being made of metal, is it CNC or 3D printed?

It's CNC cut, acid etched, and then bent in a jig to the correct concave radius. It's very cool stuff!

That's cool, since we are asking about grills - what makes the Verite grilles not have any exposed screws while the Aeolus does?

Not that ZMF needs help moving their product, but there's one stabilized VO remaining from this release:

I'm usually not a fan of rose gold and would probably want to swap the rods for black ones down the line, but the rose grills really do complement the cups nicely.

I have a he1000se, and was thinking of adding a Verite at some point soon. Do they compliment each other well?
