If anyone is curious how long it takes for natural copper to start to look like aged copper, this is my set after about 3 months (I love the way it looks with the wood and leather)

Nice! I got the preaged copper. I wasn't quite sure how it'd look with the wood but yea, it looks REALLY good especially with the darker/redder woods like Sapele, Koa etc. I have a copper pen and it looked super aged in like 2 days, lol, you must live in a slightly less humid place maybe?

Also, BOY i can't wait till the copper rods and grills here start looking more like the statue of liberty - that green/blue would just be WOW.

I live in New England, so not super humid we've been running the AC lately. They started to show some signs of aging after about a month but they've really taken on a lot more of that character in the last month or so. I think the fact that I don't need to touch them much also probably affects it (vs. a pen). I too am stoked for them to turn green though I think it'll be quite a while before that happens from what I've read haha

Actually he said the Macassar Ebony's are not stabilised.

They are priced the same as the regular stabilized sets due to the cost of the wood.

Same. I’ve got a couple in mind but it really depends on what else goes up (and a bit of luck)

Im off to bed but the last couple hours have been VC + Euforia AE + glass of whiskey. Gotta say, if you're just in the mood to feel like you're listening to a live band there is nothing that beats the VC as a natural sounding headphone. It's literally is just pleasurable to listen to. I've messed around with some EQ on it but nothing sounds as good as the VC does all by itself. It's a joy to listen to every time.
