I’ve joined the club. I’ve only had them a few days so no formal impressions but suffice to say I am blown away.

Beautiful cups, congrats. The ironwood appears to have a highly polished sheen. Is that a finish you requested or just a trick of the light?

That must be the standard finish for ironwood because I didn’t make any special requests. It is a really unique wood in that it seems to take on different looks, different sheens and go from light-dark depending on the light.

All 4 pins are wired but they're 2/2 bridged like this pic:

Interesting, that sure looks like how Audeze used to do it, I would love to have this confirmed by ZMF. Even Audeze does not wire all 4 anymore from my understanding.

Once again, just got home from almost 2 weeks on the road, waiting for me was a new silver cable from Norne Audio and a pair of KR300b Tubes! I know that I'm only supposed to implement one change at a time, but I can't help myself.

In a word, on the VCs, perfection (at least as close a headphones can be in my experience). Much more to come, right now Honeck and the PSO are performing Bruckner’s 9th for me!

Hey @zach915m - any thoughts on this one? I certainly have my mini-xlrs bridged (soldering pain in the "$^).

We use pins 1 and 3 with 1 being the + I am not actually sure what audeze's current practices are but I know our method has worked with all audeze cans that I know of.
