Just wanted to give a shout out to @zach915m and the ZMF crew for letting me stop by this morning to pick up a new case for my atrium AND giving me a tour of their new location!

This is a really nice case and I’m kind of embarrassed what they’ve been inside previously lol.

Also the new location is amazing and cannot wait for them to officially open up to the community to do some listening and checking out more of their stuff and setups! So excited to see ZMF absolutely killing it and continuing to grow and expand!

Also Zach’s coffee game is amazing and thank you for the flat white to go haha

Wow that's some lever endgame espresso machine there! Such an amazing treat indeed!

Zach doesn't mess around when it comes to coffee. Drinking bad coffee at ZMF is, er, grounds for dismissal.
Are those handles on the ZMF coffee machine Wenge wood? 😬😏 sorry

Using a dense wood like Wenge for the handles gives the coffee flavor a solid base, with slight brighter notes.

With a sip of whisky in your coffee for sure.😁
The Zmf coffee maker looks better with a wooden handle than the old black plastic handles.
Can we all be very envious of the Zmf coffee machine because most of us at work have half as nice a coffee machine and in addition the coffee is less good and another part of the community has to pay for it themselves for sure.
We should all work at Zmf just because of this beautiful coffee machine 😁.

I'd be worried it's too fast of a wood though, the pour might be a bit too aggressive. I'd recommend a softer wood like cherry or ash for that smooth pour, leading to a more rounded and fatigue free brew....
