Hi everyone,

With the highly anticipated upcoming launch of ZMF's lated closed backed planar headphone - the Caldera Closed - it is time to start a new thread here on Head-Fi.

As it becomes available, more information will follow below in these tops posts.

Meantime, as these headphones were showcased at CanJam NYC this past weekend where many of us had the privilege to demo them for the first time, we can begin sharing impressions here and add to this discussion as more comes to market!

I’ll drop some initial impressions as part of my CanJam show write up soon.

More comprehensive review will have to wait until @zach915m has a set fine-tuned to its next iteration. Specifically, I know he is working on the pad design is still being finalize, so the final version isn’t yet available… will be happy to put one then!

I was watching the Head-Fi CanJam Singapore video, and at 31:40 it was stated that the CC was recently released.

Zach did they just mis-speak, or jump the gun, and you will announce a release date soon around the time of CanJam Singapore?

Or are they just totally wrong and they meant recently shown.

The impressions from the two relevant CanJams have been what they have been regarding the Caldera Closed. Now the reviews from reviewers will flow in. Let's see.
