True, King Solomon would probably have a hard time narrowing down to only one ZMF.

Sure I'll collect some examples.Do you have examples of tracks where the AO sounds thin? I'm surprised the AO would ever sound thin, unless maybe the music hits all the "wrong" spots?

Totally. Some paid reviewers never mention them tho.True, King Solomon would probably have a hard time narrowing down to only one ZMF.

I just got a visual of Salomon being tricked into chopping a ZMF set in half… SHAME ON YOU!True, King Solomon would probably have a hard time narrowing down to only one ZMF.

Indeed. I’ll have to “make do” with my semi-maxed out Woo Audio WA2.I have the Apache and prior to the B-52 addition, the Apache was a excellent pairing but the B-52 takes it up even further but it is almost double the price. The "Law of Diminishing Returns" definitely starts kicking in.
So i changed to suede pads yesterday and found the soundstage are more open without losing the bass too much. It's difficult to choose between suede and lambskin thin cause i like them both. Maybe i should give the suede few more days since i only tried it for less than 1 hour yesterday

I use suede. I find the lamb skin a bit furry or wooly in lower mids

Your first impressions make sense.
My advice, either way, is to use the pads for awhile, say a week or two, then switch back. You will get accustomed to the new sound of pads after a few days and, then, when you switch back, you will be able to quickly determine which one is best for you.
