Thanks. I would say I have it diagnosed but not necessarily settled. Waiting to hear back from Earmen after sending them an email late yesterday afternoon. Probably won't hear anything till Monday but that's okay. While the rubber band seems to stop the cutting out I don't think I should need to wrap a rubber band around a brand new device to make it work correctly. We'll see what they offer as a remedy. I probably should be posting this stuff on the Sparrow thread alsoGlad to read you got it settled!
