Good point. Every morning, I get out of BED at 6 am, put on my CLOTHES, and give my DOG Kokoa, FOOD. I don't PARTY anymore. With a nice set of cans, I could sleep late.

listening to music is a cheaper hobby than playing or making music. what really really sucks is if you have both as a hobby

any quality musical instruments costs at least a thousand dollars, making $100-$200 headphones (my estimate of a large portion of most peoples' headphones here) seem trite. wallets say ouch!

The reality is that nearly anything can be bought at very different price/quality levels. Is it insane to pref eating a quality home-cooked organic meal over a cold can of spam?

I'd rather say: Who would actually spend hundreds of dollars on food, clothes, a bed, a dog or a party? I mean, you can spend thousands of dollar on headphones

I have managed to hold on to at least a small part of my sanity.

I like Raman, but I still don't go for Mac and cheese!!

....the kids are falling prey though, they are succumbing to the call of the "Ramen"!!
