I'm not done burning them in, but so far I'd say these have lovely balanced sound between the bass, mids and highs....nice detail too....

Does anyone know whether the Comply TSX-500 tips will fit the Yamaha EPH-100? I am about to sell my Westone 4 IEMs and will continue using my Yamaha EPH-100 for the time being, but I need it to be comfier.
I read in another thread that the JVC FXD80 tips will fit the Yamaha EPH-100 and Comply recommends the TSX-500 for that particular JVC model.

No worries, already had a response from Comply that they don't have any tips that fit the EPH-100 and that they don't currently intend to make a product available, unless there are more wider nozzle IEMs available in the market. Guess those Ebay foamies are the only other option...

I had the Complys force fitted onto the EPH100. They can work.  (Picture below.)

The problem is they make the Yamahas sound too bassy and less airy.  Horrible!

Provided you don't feel uncomfortable inserting them deep into your ears, the best ones are these stock silicon/rubber tips (smallest size):

IMHO, they give just the right amount bass without sacrificing the highs.

Bought them from eBay.  It was a bitch fitting them onto the Yamahas.  And even when I managed to do it, the first expression that came out of me when I looked at it was, "Jesus Christ!"

They look ugly and they don't provide enough cushion to soften the huge nozzle in your ears.

But, hey, they're dirt cheap.

Hey guys. I just had a question regarding the fit. I have small ear canals, and normally use small tips on all my earphones including the SHE3580. Do you.think I would have fit/comfort issues with these?

Use the smallest stock tips that the EPH100 came with.  You should have no problem fitting them into your ears.

I have them.  They're horrible and they hurt my ear canals even more than the stock tips do.  They also make the EPH100 sound overly bassy.

Thanks for the link, will definitely give them a try. Look similar to foam tips I had on the Nuforce NE-7M which I always preferred.

Audio Affair have emailed me saying my EPH 100 are being dispatched today. That two weeks I spent without them waiting to be repaired has really been hard.
