That's a very, very old RRP I think. Similar to how DT770's, DT880's and DT990's used to be a lot more expensive than they sell for now.

Anyone can post the MSRP of any item as they wish
Example:
Two days before Black Friday, a M50 is on sale for $125, MSRP of $200
The next day, it's $150 MSRP of $250
Black Friday on slae for $125 with MSRP of $250
People can post what they want as long as that company wanted that headphone to sell that high.
Personally, I ordered a Pair of AD500, still waiting, for about $33
And that was just under what I would pay for them, to fell good about the buy
