Hi all,

I'm curious why pretty much every Bluetooth headphones I've had sounds distorted and why there's a constant hissing. I'm thinking it's the low quality DAC/amps, but at $100 to hear constant hissing? Come on.

Here's a list of what I've tried in the past:

• OnePlus Bullets Wireless ($69) (garbage hissing sound, really annoying in silent environments
• SHURE Bluetooth adapter (hissing sound) — ONE HUNDRED BUCKS
• Sony wireless sports headphones (forgot the model) — they were pretty bad, too
• BeatsX ($100) the hissing sound is still present.

I'm sick of returning Bluetooth headphones. When is this going to change?

Tried the higher end sony, sennheiser and so on? What are you using for source?

No, I have not tried those.
