Hi all,

I am as new here as in headphones. I was looking for a good pair of cans and reading the forums and being French I ordered the Alessandro MS-1 a week ago so now I am waiting for them. All I got before was some etymotics er-6i and Apple earbuds so I am getting better :rolleyes:
My main source will be my 27" iMac so I am now in for an amp.
My budget is limited so I am looking for a good but affordable amp.
I would love to buy or build myself a cmoy and even more a cmoybb but I also read many raves about Gary's PA2V2. I have also read about others but just can't decide.

What would be your amp recommendation for MS-1 out of an iMac ?

OK, no answer and yet I am even more confused having read so many recommandations for nice desktop amps to pair with Grados and Alessandros by extension...
 
What about the Little Dot I+, the HIFIMAN EF2A ?
 
I really need some user experience with these last two as I am about to take a plunge into the tube amp game but I have to choose...
