Audio Technica a500s.. they finally showed me what all you were talkign abotu with soundstage

Then the MS-1s.. ended up selling the a500s to a friend because the ms-1s were so fun to listen too.

Now.. back to the AT line with the a900s. MmmMmMmMmm... soundstage.. MmMMmMMMm

The original Sennheiser HD414, way back in the early 1970s. They were the first "open air" design. Sennheiser says they are still the best selling headphones ever made. Mine had blue ear pads.

in fact they are still good, I found they can compete still in the 50$ league .
They sound better then grado sr-60 too
