Grand Jury Prizes or awards are no arguments to convince me of what sounds good to my ears or not, I'm afraid...
 
 Likewise for movies, quite some awards mystify me, considering more interesting material that doesn't get the spotlight.

really depends on which awards/prize, some do have meaning (at least to me)

The Who's album "Who's Next", it is hard to believe reading this music was made in 1971. "Bargain" is playing now.

I just completed my The Who Discography. Beautiful music. Who's Next is one of my test albums.
