Jorma & Jack are true old soul musician friends they love playing off each other. I've seen them in small N.E. venues during winter months as well at several folk festivals where they just play fireside and invite musician passing by, who know the grove to sit in ad hoc as well as singers all camping out before and after their stage sets. Very cool to have experienced them at home with the tribe like that back in the '80's .Jorma Kaukonen - Washington, DC, 1970....

And Poppa John has been a long lasting member of many bands outa your area - playing with Jerry and Jefferson Airplane to name a few others - saw him in his 90's with the remainder of Airplane in a small venue also in the '80's.
