Stevie Ray Vaughan The Broadcast Collection 1983-1989
I bought this 9 CD compilation when it was released in 2017. A bit OTT but there are some fantastic performances on here.
I was late 'discovering' SRV- about 12 years ago.
What a player he was!

His version of Little Wing is the only one which I like as much as Jimi's original ( with no disrespect to EC...)

SRV was an absolutely amazing blues guitarist. His live performances with other blues greats like Buddy Guy, Robert Johnson and many others; were epic. When he died, the accolades from his heroes flooded in. His abilities floored many of his seniors. Just an amazing talent that got taken away too soon.

DUE-TO-BE-RELEASED : DECEMBER 1st 2020

RECORD----OF----THE----YEAR----2020

Sandison and Eoin must be really jeallous of this achievment here.....
After a couple of BRILLIANT releases earlier this year , "Cities of the future" (01 July 2020), & "The Spiritual Kitchen Of Pop" (21 October 2020), who could really imagine that 4T Thieves would not stop there as far as this year is concerned...
This is certainly this kind of material that words cannot describe, and literally listening το 5 tracks from this forthcoming release blew my mind!!!!!!!!
This must be the pick of their creativity for this year at least.......
If this was a BoC release it would be praised immediatelly by the universal music press around the globe
To me, seems like at this record the "machine" & the "human" got into one,if you follow me......Inner emotions and sound evolution blending into one, triping you in another dimension nearly beyond human perception sometimes.....
The last time i can recall that anyone had this kind of influence in today's electronica music synthesis was Mr. Ulrich Schnauss with the legendary "A Strangely Isolated Place" back at the early 2000s
Well......this kind of enormous emotional impact (as mr. Schnauss had back then).....has this release to me now........GIGANTIC,OTHERWORDLY,MAJESTIC,INSPIRATIONAL,POETIC just a few words that comes in mind instantly........
BoC were a legend back then, defining the limits of electronic psychedelia at their time
4T Thieves are todays foundation,a modern legend at the sphere of electronic/leftfied music scene, and the main reason for most of us to keep dreaming at this hard-unhuman times.........nothing more than a work of art here...........
(i ll be posting this release several times until the end of the year....the most awesome record i heard this year alone....)

Happy Magic Listenings :smirk_cat::astonished: Everybody...... :smiley_cat:
